What if my Furniture is Damaged?We ask that you notify us at info@lazydayfurniture.com within 48 hours of your delivery. Please take a few photos and give us some information about yourself so we can locate your order. Once we have the current information we can take the appropriate actions to fix this issue.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across Canada, for Free. The delivery will be dropped at your doorstep. The pieces are modular and are designed to be easily moved indoors.What are my shipping options?
Can I change my order before it ships? Yes we can make changes to your order, Please reach out to us at info@lazydayfurniture.com with your order # and we will be able to assist you.
Can I pay in Monthly Installments?
How do I return my product?
If you have any defective, or damaged products, please reach out to us as these items are covered by our warranty policies. Please let us know immediately and we will take care of the issue!
We do require you to have the original packaging to return the product. If you do not have the original packaging, you will have to provide packaging for the items to ship back.
